- I’m still floating on a cloud with the thrill of all those who stepped forward to identify with their Lord and Savior through baptism! Take a look at our celebration video and praise God that it’s just the beginning! The best is yet to come!
- I’m also excited about the direction for GCC for the next 6 – 12 months! I spent the last week away, seeking the Lord for guidance and planning for this next crucial leg of our journey. And I can tell you I believe with everything in me that GCC is going to spark a movement that will reveal the greatness of God in our community and beyond!
- What does it mean to be a part of a family? What about God’s family—the Church? Is it simply a weekly event where we gather to sing some songs and hear an encouraging message about God? No way. The Bible says the church is the very Bride of Christ and that when she is healthy and full of faith, nothing is a more powerful force for good! One of the very first things the Lord laid on my heart during my little study break was to teach about this unstoppable force known as the local church. So…this coming weekend begins a short (2 week) series I’m calling, “Stop Dating the Church.” Join us to find out why it’s not only a good idea to commit to God’s family for the furtherance of His kingdom—but also to take your own relationship with God to the next level!
