We serve a God who cares deeply about us—He’s passionate about His children! And Unity! Well it’s one of the top themes of the entire New Testament. Jesus Himself prayed for His children to be unified in John 17.
But what about ‘Desperation?”
That’s my favorite of them all because this is where God wants His sons and daughters! Not worried and panicky—it’s not that kind of desperation. But unsatisfied with anything short of being totally and radically sold out from Him!
This Friday night at Southbrook Church’s Weddington Campus the Desperation Band will be leading us all in worship! This is a rare opportunity that I don’t want anyone to miss! It’s more than a concert—in fact, it isn’t a concert at all—it’s not about the band, it’s all about God!
