Pretty sure that’s a first—to have a mind dump after Christmas Eve! But it was such an awesome night I had to download some of it!
- First things first—121 people bent the knee to Jesus Christ at all of our services! Go God!!!
- The first 2 services were packed and we saw a lot of first time people come through the doors! Many of them got saved! The third service (@ Weddington) had less people but almost as many salvations!! That’s the number that matters
- Satan tried hard to thwart the evening—He must have been greatly disappointed.
- It’s Christmas Day now and I am finally with my family celebrating our Lord’s birth!
- The volunteers at Southbrook gave and gave and gave to make the Chrstmas Eve services special for everyone. I hope they had a chance to see the fruit of all their labors and enjoy it themselves.
- You all rock! Thanks for all you do for our Lord at SCC!
- The presentation we saw this Christmas was written and directed by our brand new worship pastor, Greg Carr. He is a man of many talents. We’re thankful this Christmas for the Carrs!
- The staff had to work extra hard this year but no one ever complained and they worked “as unto the Lord.”
- And it showed!
