– So much going on right now at Impact as we pick up speed and gain people daily! The mission is really starting to crystallize for everyone and together we are poised to make a real difference in this city and beyond!
Wanna know what the strangest response to that kinda talk is? I actually get believers who periodically mutter and complain about being a kingdom expansionist. Seriously! They wonder with great conviction why I (and pastors like me) don’t just find a small group of religious people and spoon feed them Jesus trivia for the rest of my life.
Really?
Yep. Well, if that’s you, I can save you a lot of trouble. Impact is probably not for you. That’s because we are not only called to feed and lead—but we are also called (and I take it very seriously) to go out and love on a lost and confused world—to expand God’s great kingdom using the talents and gifts He’s given each of us. What a wonderful opportunity and privilege! Remember, we are NEVER more like Jesus than when we serve! – 67 people showed up to learn more about Impact’s vision and purposes. Nearly all of them stayed afterwards to sign the covenant and are now braced for Impact! Welcome to all Impact’s newest members!
– Couple things to keep in mind if you go to Impact (bear with me, non Impact readers), Sunday, December 1st (i.e. Thanksgiving weekend) we will not be having the 9:00 am service! Please make a note of this. Instead we will all gather at 11:00 for one service. Make a note of this now—otherwise it will be very lonely at Cuthbertson High school at 9:00!

We’re calling it, “Thirst,” and for all of you who thirst for more of God! Join us at 5:45 pm December 1st at Cuthbertson High School to lift high the name of Jesus! You’ll be glad you did!
