• Today we baptized 42 people in week 7 of our brand new church! 42 people stepped forward to identify with Jesus Christ (His way)! The celebration, tears and overall presence of the Lord is why baptisms are some of my very favorite services at church!
• Biggest attendance since Grand opening! Last week we were up by 70 people from the week before and this week there were another 100! Feels a whole lot more like a movement than a simple church plant! And that’s important because Charlotte so desperately needs a movement of God to overcome a spirit of religiosity. Remember, Jesus didn’t come to bring religion. He came to bring relationship. Religion never changed a single person but a relationship with Jesus changes everything!
