A few thoughts on another GREAT day at Impact!
- A fifth straight week of growth this Sunday as another 35 people came to see what Impact Church is all about! God has given us a compelling vision and an exciting mission! More importantly, week in and week out I find myself saying, “Surely the presence of the Lord is in this place!” I believe people can see that and that is why nearly 100 percent of those who visit never leave!
- Our new volunteer Impact shirts came in today and they turned out great! We had 35 to start with and they went in 30 minutes! More will arrive next week—get here early to get yours!
- I am so thankful for the dozens of volunteers at Impact who do all that they do every week to make sure church happens…you guys are AWESOME!
- Our people do more than serve—they LOVE with more heart than I’ve ever seen! I don’t think any of them even knew that our first month was pastor’s appreciation month but you’d think they came up with it! Every chance they got they made me feel appreciated and loved! This weekend alone (I know it’s November already) they surprised Michelle and I at church with a wonderful weekend getaway gift. We were absolutely overcome with gratefulness and awe! Thank you Impactors—you all are the absolute best!!
