Date night was a huge success! Thanks to all three Chik-Fil-A’s and a special thanks to Dave Kush (our executive pastor) who pulled the whole thing together on a wing and a prayer! I just wanted to get out a quick post to let the hundreds of couples who participated in the Date Night know of all the ongoing things Southbrook Church has for you and that special someone–things to help make your relationship soar!
- Southbrook kicked off an additional 15 Marriage Mini Lifegroups for all married couple who desire to take their marriages to the next level.
- Engaged couples can take advantage of this as well.
- Our Heartbreak Warfare series still has one more week to go–we conclude THIS coming weekend with a special message from Clayton King. Clayton King used to be on staff here at Southbrook as an itinerant teaching pastor. It’s been a while and I know a lot of you can’t wait to see him, sooooo, my advice is to 1. Go to the Saturday Evening Service because it has the most room right now. 2. Get to church early to get a good seat. 3. Invite everyone you know who has not yet embraced the love of Christ and received His free gift of salvation. I’ve never seen less than 50 people come to Christ when Clayton is here, so, if you have been waiting for just the right weekend to bring that lost friend, neighbor, family member or co-worker–that weekend is here! Don’t miss it!
- I know I could tell you that people had a blast reconnecting and just having a special night out with their certain someone–pictures tell it better though! So, enjoy!
