It was another great week @ Southbrook Church! God continues to move in many ways and in many areas!
- The “Gal Friday Benefit Concert” (to raise money for the Mexico Mission’s Trip and Haiti Relief) was off the hook! Nearly 3X the people showed up than we thought would and the excitement was great! The girls gave an awesome concert and most importantly, we raised lots of money for missions! Go God!
- Ready and eager to challenge the men of Southbrook bright and early tomorrow! The last meeting we had was packed—Hope this one has even more men stepping up to get their marching orders from God!
- I didn’t preach today so I slipped into the very back at our Monroe Campus. It was a great time of worship with an equally great message from Pastor Geoffrey Janes!
- And their children’s ministry is really growing!
- Only one week left until the gospel goes out in Mexico!!
- Can’t believe we were thinking of taking 10 or so people to the ‘Unleash Conference’ via everyone catching their own ride and now we are taking 2 buses and more than 80 people!!! This conference is going to be ‘off the hook!!!’ I know! I’ve been!
- If you still want to go you need to hurry!! Not many spots are left but we did get bigger buses so that we can take upwards of 100 people!! It’s not the buses at this point, it’s the remaining tickets. They are just about sold out!!!
- Ready for this? BOTH BUSES were paid for by a very generous member of our Southbrook family!! Go God!!
- The one day conference is Thursday, March 4th. Hope you can make it!!
- Well, that’s it for now. I need to decide who I like better—the Colts or the Saints.
