Last night we had our volunteer training based on Disney’s, “Be Our Guest” approach. It was awesome! I’m seriously thinking of implementing this into everything we do in order to make our guests feel more at home.
Why not? Disney should absolutely not be the happiest place on earth.
Southbrook Church should be!
That’s a lofty goal, I know. But we aren’t talking about a fantasy complete with people in costume and make-believe worlds like “Frontier land” and “Tomorrow land.” We are talking about the living God and Creator of the universe loving you and me so much that He sent His Son to bridge the gap between us and Him. We’re talking about trusting in Him and then being adopted into His very family and getting to spend eternity in a paradise that’s real!
And blows away Disney!
