We get fired up a lot around here about everything that’s going right!
It’s easy to do, but there are a few things that are going wrong.
They get me fired up as well.
There are more and more lost people moving into our area everyday. They are hell-bounders without the love and forgiveness Jesus Christ offers.
And you know what really gets me? As our country drifts further and further away from God, there are more and more who have no idea who Jesus even is!
Can you believe that?! In a country where most of us have more than 3 or 4 Bibles laying around or collecting dust on the shelf there are those who have no idea of even the most basic stories of this magnificent book containing the very words of God.
I’m not happy with that.
That gives me a Holy Discontent.
If you have grown comfortable with things that ought to bother you, perhaps it would be a good idea to let this guy help fire you up again.
I’m reading his latest book called, appropriately, “Holy Discontent.”
